Hello! My name is Melissa Becker and I have committed my career to learning the most I can about men’s hair and the grooming products that can take it to the next level.

I spent 6 years of my early career as platform artist and educator with American Crew. In this position, I traveled the nation educating stylists on how to cut hair using the American Crew Menswork Method, how to style and create the latest trends and how to use American Crew products. I was awarded the exclusive Educator of the Year Award twice.

During this time (and even currently) I work behind the chair as a men’s hair designer (and for a few years a salon owner). My clientele has inspired me to create these products along with helping me test them and telling me exactly what they want in a product. How valuable is that!

What I have found is that guys prefer to use grooming products made from natural ingredients. But of course, they still need these products to be high performing and a good price. That’s everything that VIR is plus add in an amazing fragrance!

One of my favorite things about our company is our values. We created a program called Groom & Give where we donate what we can to help those in need.
